Project 341 is a simple and compassionate exercise, and oh so appreciated by our needy neighbours.
The maliyaa foundation will help you box it all up, label it and send it off to your new schoolmates in time for the start of their new school year in June.
It's so easy to participate:
We'll drop off the cargo boxes for you to fill,
We'll help you pack the boxes,
We'll label the boxes and complete customs forms,
We'll pick up the boxes for forwarding purposes,
We'll freight the boxes to the Philippines,
We'll sort and dispatch the boxes to your new schoolmates,
We'll then send you photographs of your donations being received.
Well done, your school has brought great delight to many children living in poverty, your school has shown compassion, your school has given many disadvantage children the opportunity to attend school, your school is full of great schoolmates, thank you very much.

When you, our Australian schoolmates go on vacation at year's end, instead of throwing away those old school supplies, old half used notebooks, half used pencils and pens, old pencil cases with names all over, old school bags, old rulers, old but still good shoes that don't fit anymore, same with old but still good uniforms, old unused sports gear, that old t-shirt at the bottom of the wardrobe, that toy that you've outgrown or never used, in fact anything that you don't use or need anymore, put it all in a bag and bring it back to school at start of the new school year. Recycling can be fun and good for the environment, it also teaches compassion, caring and responsibility.
